Artist statement

I make quaichs, teapots, beakers, plates, boxes , brooches, pretty much most things. Everything is hand made and all silver is hallmarked in Edinburgh. Everything I make is useful. Scotland has a fine heritage of silversmithing. I am inspired by this and hope that my work helps to maintain this. And I do some enamel work with copper.
