Artist statement

I am a contemporay mixed media artist and I love to experiment in my art by using different mixed media and painting techniques. I aim to capture the stunning landscapes of Scotland. My work is dominated by atmospheric skies, colour and use of light. I regularly post on Facebook with my latest projects.

Extended Bio

I am a contemporary landscape artist. I love to experiment in my painting technique and style. I use a variety of different media from acrylic paint, oil paint, spray paint, fine sand, moulding wax, different foils, collages and cold wax. I sometimes don’t even use a paintbrush and prefer painting with a sponge, knife, or my fingers. Anything to try and recreate the beautiful light, colour and depth of landscape we have here in Scotland. I am spoilt for choice regarding inspiration, as I am surround by stunning hills, mountains and coastline.
