From the A944 Aberdeen to Alford Road turn at Whitehouse(about3 miles from Alford) towards Keig (signposted). After 3 miles ,at Keig ,turn right at the crossroads towards Insch. After 0.2 miles turn right onto the Lord’s Throat. The Old Granary is on the right just after the small bridge.

Artist statement

My painting style varies with my mood, from detailed landscapes and vibrant flower paintings to more abstract pieces. I gather inspiration from wherever I go and what ever I see. There is such joy and beauty in the simplest view. I hope I translate that joy and beauty to the canvas. I paint mostly in acrylics. I look forward to sharing my work with you.

Extended Bio

I can’t remember a time when drawing and painting were not a big part of my life. I grew up with the smell of oil paint and turpentine as my dad is an artist. My style evolves as I am influenced by people and places. Painting is just part of who I am.
