Artist statement

I am looking forward to welcoming you at my studio. Scottish landscapes are my passion with their ever changing colours. My challenge is to reflect them in paint using the magic of  watercolours in conjunction with inks and other mediums. Art I believe is for everyone and participating in creative processes is fun and full of untold benefits.

Extended Bio

Born and Bred in Angus, I am living in Aberdeenshire after 30+ years in Highland. I work in watercolours branching out into textile painting when the mood takes me. I love exploring new techniques like waxed watercolours, and painting watercolours on canvasses. I share my creative skills and the magic of watercolours through teaching classes and community art projects.
