Directions

Deemouth Artist Studios is based in Deemouth Business Centre in Torry. When approaching from the city, travel over the Victoria Bridge and take the first left at the junction onto South Esplanade East. Take the first right into Deemouth Business Centre. Unit 4 is through at the back carpark. Follow the yellow signs.

Artist statement

I like to work mainly with acrylic paint although I'm experimenting more with oil paints. I also use inks, crayons, and gold leaf in my work, and I like to use a lot of texture and contrasting bright vibrant colours. My paintings are based on tenement building city and park scenes or Scottish harbour scenes with boats, quirky houses, and calming atmospheres.
