Artist statement
I am inspired by the flora and fauna I see around me in rural Aberdeenshire and enjoy creating detailed and vivid images that capture the personality and mannerisms I perceive in my subjects. I am a self taught artist and work in a variety of mediums including coloured pencils, pen and ink, graphite and oil pastels.
