Artist statement

Clay is a wonderful material with so many possibilities. My work is mainly hand built and sculptural in nature. I make functional ware as well as figurative item. My inspiration is derived from Scotlands rocky landscape and also the human figure.

I am lucky enough to have a studio large enough for demonstrations.
