During the Portsoy Boat Festival on the weekend of 30 June – 1 July, you’ll be able to come and meet up with NEOS makers and members by visiting the Institute Hall in the town. If you’ve any questions or need advice there will be smiley faces waiting to greet you. This building is not on the sea front but you’ll not be able to miss the black and yellow bunting crafted by our Chair (@ Compass Rose Studios). She might even be able to advise you how to make your own for September. Bunting always draws the crowds!
