Artist statement
I have a love of the sea and the surrounding countryside which I use as inspiration for my ceramics. I mostly use my pottery wheel and electric kiln to create my pottery. Recently I've been using the Raku method and pit firing which gives exciting results. I'll welcome visitors to my home studio and happily show my making methods.
Extended Bio
I worked as an interior designer and discovered ceramics on retirement. I love to experiment with different firing methods, electric, Raku and smoke.
