Artist statement
My work is inspired by my surrounding landscape, light, and colour. My abstract work evokes emotion rather than depicting scenes literally. Using screen printing, acrylics, and oils, I create layered, textural pieces. I also design homeware, with art-inspired candles, cushions, and lampshades.
