Directions

We are located between Mintlaw and Longside. If you are coming from Mintlaw towards Longside turn left at the sign for Bridgend and go over the former railway bridge. Follow the road to your right. Our cottage is the 2nd house on the right with a tall Holly hedge. The summerhouse studio is in the back garden by the patio.

Artist statement

I am inspired by coastal walks and the rugged North East landscape. Having studied Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone, I have returned to my first love of drawing and painting, working in acrylics. I love dramatic clifftops and stunning castle views. My paintings, prints and a selection of my handmade jewellery will be on display in my summerhouse studio.

Extended Bio

I moved to the North east in 1993 and live with my husband and two sons near Longside where I enjoy long walks ,cycling and being creative. I sell my handmade jewellery in my Etsy shop as well as a selection of prints.I paint most days in my garden studio where I am happy to welcome visitors by appointment.
