As a participating member of North East Open Studios I will be exhibiting from my own/shared studio/work space, or alternative venue from which I will be able to demonstrate my practice to visitors. TIP: This could include material samples, tools, sketchbooks, work in progress, research topics, idea generation, design development, demonstration of techniques or workshops.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING THAT THIS IS MY CONTRACT WITH NEOS

I will be present in person and available to interact with visitors on the days I have listed as being open and that the days I have listed are the days I will be present in person.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING THAT THIS ACTS AS MY CONTRACT WITH NEOS

I will proactively publicise and promote the North East Open Studios event. North East Open Studios is a not for profit community and networking event and those who participate fully, and take advantage of being part of this community benefit greatly. I understand that NEOS is responsible for promoting the event overall and I am responsible for my own local and individual marketing and promotion.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING THAT THIS ACTS AS MY CONTRACT WITH NEOS

I understand and am aware that it is a legal requirement to have my own insurance, professional indemnity, public liability and insurance cover for the contents of my studio. I can provide the insurance documents upon request and North East Open Studios is not responsible for any accidents or thefts as a result of participation.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING THAT THIS ACTS AS MY CONTRACT WITH NEOS

I understand that it is my responsibility to fill out my application in full - honestly and transparently. I agree to honour the Code of Conduct and Respect Charter. NEOS takes no responsibility after registration closes for inaccurate information, typos, map errors and that by failing to fill out my application using the guides, training and materials provided this could conversely affect my footfall at the event.
