Participating artists and makers should all be present, available and showing an aspect of their process – even if that is just mock ups, sketch books, contact sheets, failed experiments or tools and materials.

This is the aspect that makes North East Open Studios so special. An Open Studios Event – not an Art & Craft Fair – a space for curiosity, play, process, creativity and engagement.
