I make mixed media sculpture around that magical, mystical material – GLASS! I work in kiln formed glass, forged iron, wood, metals, enamel and stone. My inspirations are the natural world around me, local myths and pre-history and the passage of time itself. All my work is entirely original and completely hand made in Fyvie.

I am a recycle Artist from Johnshaven. I have always been fascinated by taxidermy however found it didn’t suit my personality. So I combined my passion of using recycled materials and love of animals to create my very own quirky version. I’m sure my pieces will leave you smiling.

Working predominantly in acrylic, I’m inspired by the breath-taking views of the Moray Firth coastline. My paintings combine vibrant hues, black line and unique compositions. My work resonates with locals and visitors alike, and I’m often told they capture the unique feeling of standing still in this wild and rugged landscape.

Traditional willow baskets, some with a modern twist, incorporating leather, rush, cane and foraged twiggery. Baskets for logs, shopping, berry picking, shell gathering and just for the pleasure of owning one. I will be making baskets when you visit, come and have a browse and a cuppa by the sea.
