I’ve been making jewellery since 2016 combining my skills as a graphic designer with inspiration from 1950s architecture, fabric and furniture design creating geometric shapes and tactile textures. Juliet Macleod makes wheelthrown porcelain that imparts an evocative exploration of the Scottish coast. Using a distillation of drawings and photographs made over many years, she creates contemplative pieces which hope to engage the viewer and spark their own memories.

Using mainly acrylics, sometimes with mixed media and added texture, I paint landscapes and seascapes. Subjects vary from local Stonehaven scenes to the Western Isles and my homeland Orkney. I will be painting throughout the week . Cards and giclee prints will be available too.

MacBear crafts one of a kind handmade teddy bears in the Scottish Highlands. The bears created are made using traditional construction methods and material choices; the use of glass eyes and moving joints, ensures that they are produced authentically and of a good quality.
