My artistic journey began with creating silver jewelry, gradually incorporating crystals, pearls, and semi-precious stones to add texture and meaning. This exploration of materials led me to the Putney School of Art, where I studied ceramics and discovered a deep passion for sculpture. Working with clay opened new avenues of expression, and the addition of glass brought an exciting dimension to my work, blending fragility with strength and light.
Parallel to my hands-on practice, I’ve nurtured a love for photography, capturing moments from my travels and the ever-changing sky from my garden. These images often influence and inform my artistic vision.
Sharing my passion is equally important to me. I enjoy teaching ceramics, running children's parties, and facilitating school projects, inspiring creativity in young minds and encouraging them to explore their own artistic paths.
Each piece I create is a reflection of my journey, blending diverse materials and perspectives to tell a story that resonates with both myself and those who experience my work.
