From the Market Square take Evans St, thereafter Arduthie Rd and through the railway bridge. Follow signage for Banchory onto Farrochie Rd, take the 2nd right for Bernham Avenue and 1st left into the cul-de-sac, the venue is on the far left. If travelling on the A90 take the Spurryhillock exit then for signage for Banchory.

Artist statement

I make a wide range of colourful ceramics in my studio in my garden. I take my inspiration from marine life, my love of gardening and walks in nature. I have continued to explore with different clays, textures and glazes. My work varies from large sculptural pieces, bowls, vases, plates, bothies, toadstools and jewellery

Extended Bio

I graduated with a degree of 3D design, focussing on ceramics, from Gray’s School of Art in 1998. I had a studio and gallery in Catterline, where I sold my work, as well as in various galleries in the North East. After taking a break for a number of years, I set up the Green Shed Studio in Stonehaven and have been taking part in NEOS for the past 15 years. I make both functional and decorative pieces, more recently I have enjoyed experimenting with new techniques for me, such as sgraffito and layering glazes to form interesting outcomes.
