Artist statement

I am delighted to be exhibiting at NEOS for the first time this year. My background is in printmaking, having graduated from Gray's many years ago. After recently attending various local workshops, I rediscovered my love of painting. I take inspiration from my surroundings; the texture of nature, the beauty of the sea & wonder of the sky.

Extended Bio

I have only recently rediscovered my passion for painting. Many years of time, family and life restrictions have left time to only dabble in crafts which have included sewing, cake decoration and teaching art to children as a primary school teacher. A change a career as well as family growing up has given me the time & space to begin the process of creating art once again.
