Artist statement
Working mainly in oils my inspiration comes from both the Scottish coastline and the beauty of the landscape surrounding me in the Cairngorms. I also draw wildlife, and occasionally pet portraits, using pastels. I am looking forward to sharing a space with James Gordon Photography.
Extended Bio
A self taught artist, I work mainly in oils which I first tried a few years ago and they have now become my medium of choice. I had a very long break from art whilst bringing up children and working but I now have both time and a dedicated studio space to work in.
